I am getting a File system failure when the game does the first loading after the ubisoft screen. I have done a check and this was a big issue in far cry 4 but i haven't been able to find a resolution that works for me. I have verified the system files in Steam, turned off the firewall (ya who knows was worth a shot), launched steam and uplay as administrator.

you will need to disable cloud saves ..but you should anyway and always keep a manual back up of all your game save files on a thumb drive .. you never know when a spinner drive will fail ..and yea even SSD drives can fail ..or even your windows install can fail
