Mines been into Skoda to be diagnosed and one of the hall sensors in one of the struts which opens the tailgate has failed. The whole strut has to be replaced. The problem is getting hold of the part as there are none in the UK. That was two weeks ago and still waiting for the dealer to get back to me. 1.

Rather than start a new topic thread, we have just taken delivery of a new Karoq with Amundsen MIB3. I cannot find a way to put a post code in and then get a street address - just coordinates. My other Skoda with a Columbus works just fine. Have I missed something or have Skoda taken a backward step?
Doing this is via the usual key-in-door, hold in open position until windows are fully open, then hold key in locked position until the windows are fully up. This is described in the car owners manual (or can be downloaded from links on this forum).
